Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you to change, complete our Guest Pre-Treatment Form and to relax prior to your service.
To secure your appointment, we may request a credit card or gift certificate number, however you can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate.
During Your Visit
Training and Requests
All of our therapists are trained to create a safe and comfortable environment for each client. If you have a preference for a male or female massage therapist, be sure to mention it when you are scheduling your appointment.
Cancellations
To avoid cancellation charges, we require 24 hours notice for all guests. Cancellations or changes made outside of our policy and "no shows" will be charged the full price of the service.
Guest Pre-Treatment/Intake Form
Prior to your service, you may be required to complete a Guest Pre-Treatment Form to safeguard your well-being and comfort, and to allow us to safely deliver our services by minimizing any risk of injury. Zenspa assures and maintains donfidentiality of the strictest standards.

Pricing
Zenspa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your Guest Service Representative when you book your appointment.
Gratuities
Although gratuities are not required, they are appreciated. Unlike many spas, tips are not automatically charged to your bill. Tips are the property of the therapist. 15 to 20% is customary for most services.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, business and cash.
Age Requirement
We do everything possible to accommodate the needs of our little clients. We welcome all children accompanied by an adult. We do offer services for children such as massage and Teen Facials. We do request a guardian or parent of children under the age of 18 sign a waiver and/or accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian for services.
If You Are Pregnant
Your medical professional's consent is requested before we begin your treatment. If this is unobtainable, we request that you sign a waiver of liability prior to your service. Let us know when you make your appointment which trimester you will be in at your appointment time.
Do I have to undress completely for spa services?
No. However, our staff is trained to provide each client with a high level of comfort and privacy during their visit. Draping with sheets is a part of all massage, skin care and spa services, and robes and slippers are provided to clients having more than one massage/spa service. Clients may also feel free to wear undergarments or bathing suits during treatments if desired, keeping in mind that they may get oily or wet during the treatment. Whatever the service, clients should feel free to voice their concerns or preferences throughout the treatment.
For Your Comfort
What Parts of My Body Will Be Massaged?
We will discuss the desired outcome of your session. This will determine which parts of your body require massage. A typical full body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, Arms, head, neck, and shoulders. You will not be touched on or near your genitals (male or female) or breasts (female).
Do you allow cell phones in the spa?
Please help us maintain our relaxing, restorative environment by turning off all cell phones and pagers upon entering the spa. If an emergency arises, please keep any conversations as quiet and brief as possible.
Do you offer refunds on retail merchandise or gift cards/certificates?
We do not offer refunds on gift card/certificate purchases, but will gladly transfer the card/certificate to return of the original gift card/certificate.
How often should I get massage or facial treatment?
We encourage clients to treat massage as a part of the routine wellness, it needs to be part of a weekly or worst case monthly process. Massage provides positive muscle and cell recall that has to be repeated over a life time to counteract the stresses of living and other ailments. We provide discounted wellness prepaid packages to assist our clients to this end.
